Safety of clients is paramount – a key part of this is our comprehensive staff employment checks. We select staff according to the highest standards. Our staff complete regular clinical competency assessments and follow procedures and nursing protocols to ensure we deliver best practice.
The safety of service users and staff is continuously reported and monitored so that all potential risks are assessed and managed.
